These Terms of Use (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you and LinkAfrik, a company headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco, governing your access to and use of the platform accessible at linkafrik.com and all associated services.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms.
To create an account, you must: (i) be at least 16 years old; (ii) have legal capacity; (iii) not have been suspended from the Platform. Only one account per person is permitted.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. In case of compromise, contact contact@linkafrik.com. contact@linkafrik.com.

LinkAfrik reserves the right to modify or suspend all or part of the Services at any time.
You agree to: comply with applicable laws, provide accurate information, use your real identity, and respect other Users.
It is strictly prohibited to: scrape the Platform, create fake profiles, publish discriminatory content, send spam, circumvent security measures, or post fictitious job listings.
You retain ownership of your Content but grant LinkAfrik a non-exclusive license to use it in connection with the Services. LinkAfrik may remove any Content that violates the Terms.
The Platform and all its components are the exclusive property of LinkAfrik. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. The "LinkAfrik" trademarks are protected.
Candidate data may only be used for legitimate recruitment purposes. It is prohibited to export, copy, resell, or use it for other purposes.
The Services are provided "as is". LinkAfrik does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Platform or the accuracy of User Content. LinkAfrik is not a party to contracts concluded between Candidates and Companies.
LinkAfrik shall not be liable for indirect damages. As the Services are free, liability is limited to zero.
You agree to indemnify LinkAfrik against any claims arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of the Terms.
Report any problematic content to contact@linkafrik.com. Abusive reports may result in sanctions. contact@linkafrik.com.
You may delete your account at any time. LinkAfrik reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of the Terms.
LinkAfrik may modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
Severability: if any provision is invalid, the others remain in effect. Entirety: these Terms constitute the complete agreement. Non-waiver: failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver. Assignment: you may not assign your rights without written consent.
